Engagement and attraction mark a collaborative event between Vetta and SMS

Next week, on January 29, 30, and 31, the event "HR Experience: Vetta and SMS Knowledge in Conversion" will take place. The meetings aim to promote knowledge exchange and alignment of strategies between the People teams of Vetta and SMS Brazil, aiming to explore innovative solutions together.
To guide the discussions, the employee journey will be used as an important guide to accompany employees in companies. On the first day, there will be a deep dive into Engagement and Attraction strategies. On the second day, the focus will be on Integration and Development processes. Finally, on the third day, a discussion on Talent Management will be promoted.
At the end of each day, quality tools will be used to foster multidisciplinary reflection on the main challenges faced by People at Vetta and SMS Brazil, with the aim of harnessing the power of shared knowledge to identify innovative solutions for the business and employees.
